- Not be altered or tampered with
Products failing the quality check will not qualify for return or refund.

5️⃣ Return Pickup & Shipping
- If return is due to wrong / defective / damaged product, we will arrange pickup or bear the shipping cost
- For size or preference-based returns, return shipping may be borne by the customer
- Product must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit
If product gets damaged in return transit due to improper packing, refund may be reduced or denied.
6️⃣ Quality Check & Approval
Once the returned product reaches us:
- It undergoes strict quality inspection
- Inspection takes 2–3 working days
- Approval or rejection will be communicated
If product fails inspection, refund will not be issued and item may be returned back to the customer.
7️⃣ Refund Policy & Timeline
After return approval:
- Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, depending on customer choice.
Instant refunds are not applicable.
